What is Qigong?

 

In one of the following from ancient China more than four thousand years regimen, is effectively exercise therapy that uses a "Qi" is the source of human life activities.

There are various types of qigong, but in the sao qigong class, we perform internal qigong (self-made qigong) that is used in medical practice in China.

It has the same purpose as acupuncture, moxibustion, and Chinese herbal medicine, but Qigong learns how to control Qi by breathing / movement / image without using tools.

 

How to do qigong

 

Done in the clothes that do not tighten the body.

Get rid of the thoughts in your head and focus on yourself.

Do not force your muscles to stretch, but move your body slowly to create a flow path for your qi.

Breathe carefully.

Imagine the movement of qi as you breathe.

It concentrates the mind while repeating simple movements and awakens the natural healing power.

The parasympathetic nerve is dominant and the autonomic nerve is adjusted.
